The STORM S3R is built for mobility and precision, giving shooters a lightweight yet powerful thermal imaging solution. Weighing only 1 lb, it can be carried comfortably by hand or mounted quickly with the included QD mount. The 384×288 VOx sensor with a 12 µm pixel pitch and NETD <25 mK delivers sharp imaging, while the 3.5× base magnification and 35 mm lens extend detection ranges out to 1,969 yards. A 1024×768 AOLED display with a smooth 50 Hz frame rate ensures a crisp, detailed sight picture.

The built-in laser rangefinder measures distances up to 1,312 yards with ±1 m accuracy and integrates with the ballistic calculator to improve long-range precision. Advanced features such as Resolution Enhanced Technology (RET) for AI image sharpening, Return to Center (RTC) for reticle realignment, and independent Picture-in-Picture magnification make the S3R an adaptable scope for different hunting conditions. The enlarged four-direction button layout is mapped directly to the user interface, making it intuitive to operate even with gloves.

Powered by a replaceable 18650 battery, the S3R runs for up to 5 hours at 72°F and supports external USB-C power for longer sessions. The innovative 90-degree quick-detach battery cap design allows for fast and easy battery changes in the field. With an IP67 waterproof rating and recoil resistance up to 1000 g / 6000 Joules, the S3R is built to handle heavy calibers and harsh environments without compromise.
