The Nuggets Night Vision mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Nuggets Night Vision (“Nuggets Night Vision”, “we”, or “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms of Service. We may update or cancel the Service or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
1. Consent to Receive Messages
By opting into Nuggets Night Vision’s SMS/text messaging service, you consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages from or on behalf of Nuggets Night Vision to the mobile number you provided. Messages may be sent via an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology.

2. Message Frequency & Charges

You may opt out of the Service at any time by texting STOP to +1 (844) 926-2138, or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any text (if available). After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive further SMS messages unless you re-subscribe.
If you have signed up for other Nuggets Night Vision messaging programs, you must opt out of each one separately unless otherwise required by law.

7. Responsibility for Charges
You agree to provide a valid mobile number and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all charges related to text messaging, including those from your wireless provider. If you change your number, you must re-subscribe with the new number to continue receiving messages.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, Nuggets Night Vision is not liable for any delayed, failed, or misdirected messages or for any reliance on the information provided by the Service.
