Shipping, Refunds, and Return Policy
The Nugget's Night Vision Team greatly appreciates you and the opportunity to earn your business. We are working diligently to ensure timely shipping, client support, and keeping products in stock. To ensure our focus, we are respectfully asking patience and understanding of the following items:
- All items that are in stock will be processed in 5 business days or less. This is exclusive of method of shipping and associated times.
- Shipping updates and tracking will be sent via email when items are picked and packaged.
- We have every incentive to ship your order as fast as possible, and regularly do so.
- We do not process orders on weekends. If you order on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday your order will not ship until Monday, regardless of the shipping method you choose.

Nugget's Night VIsion requires an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for any return, refund, or exchange. To initiate an RMA you must be logged into your account. Once in your account navigate to your Customer Dashboard. Go to the order that contains the item you wish to get an RMA for. At the top of the order details page is the link to initiate an RMA.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), less restocking fee of 20% of purchase price. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Any item(s) pre-ordered, pre-paid, or with a deposit for purchase will be subject to a 5% cancellation and restocking fee based upon purchase price.
Shipping a Return
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
